Terms & Privacy Notice

Privacy Policy and Terms & Condition

Once you become a part of this nationwide rental's dumpster and porta potty rental program and are willing to avail of this dumpster and porta potty rental service, you are bound to follow and respect our rules and regulations mentioned below.

Charges & Payment

Consumers must pay nationwide rental prices for the collection and disposal service offered by Dumpster Rental. It enlisted the fees for dig-out, blocked unit, excess disposal levied, cancellation fees, trip charges, and relocation payouts. The schedule should make payment of costs.

All the fees mentioned above will be automatically billed to the credit card when a particular service is served to the Customer.

Once the invoice is raised but the amounts are not paid in advance, that must be cleared by the consumer within ten (10) days from the date of the invoice generated by the Dumpster rental Company. If payment is not received within that period, the company may impose a late fee on outstanding balances not exceeding the legally allowable limit. Failure to make timely payments leads to the company's sole discretion in terminating services and recovering all overdue amounts and any equipment from the premises. Moreover, the company reserves the right to charge a legally authorized fee for all the customers' cheques returned or bounced due to insufficient funds.

Waste Material in Dumpster

Customers must be determined that the stuff they put in the Equipment must be only "waste material," as defined here, and shouldn't contain any other substance. In these Terms and Conditions, "Waste material" refers to solid waste generated by customers, except for radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, toxic, or hazardous materials. The term "hazardous material" indicates any amount of waste characterized as dangerous by the United States Environmental Protection Agency or any state agency per the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976. Nationwide Rental will take ownership of conforming waste material when it is situated into Countrywide Rental Trucks. The Customer will retain ownership and responsibility for any waste excluded above. The Customer explicitly agrees to defend, indemnify, and absolve Countrywide Rental from any damages, penalties, fines, and liabilities resulting from or associated with the excluded waste mentioned above.

Driveways and Parking Areas

The Customer promises that the path they anticipate for Countrywide Rental's Equipment is enough to handle the weight of all the Equipment and vehicles required to perform the service according to the contract. Countrywide Rental wouldn't be responsible for damage to the private driving surface, pavement, or accompanying sub-surface.

Contamination

Any materials not intended for the specified Equipment type may lead to cost adjustments. If the landfill rejects a load due to contamination, the Customer will be liable for a contamination fee. The Customer bears sole responsibility for the contents of the Equipment.

Kindly be aware that we do not have designated pickup times, only scheduled days. Our trucks are assigned to pick up all customers on the route on their selected day, and if we happen to miss one, we will rectify the situation as promptly as possible. Additionally, if your scheduled pickup day coincides with a holiday, your pickup may be rescheduled for the following day.

In the event of delays, we will promptly communicate with you.
